I'm sure you guys have read or heard that Ford will not warranty anything if they find you have removed or changed anything on the powertrain.
Now it's on them to fix it. The fix they charged you didn't fix it, or they misdiagnosed it and they owe you money back. I wouldn't get terribly upset yet at Ford if the dealer doesn't know what time it is.Wow ok, lets see where to begin. I went on a 500 mile trip yesturday, as i arrive at my location the SES light came on again, i had to drive back home for 400 miles or so with it on. Now im a raging human being, whats the best way to handle this, because honestly i feel like grabbing someone by the neck and squeezing them blue.
Pretty sure that would violate the Magnuson-Moss Act. They would have to prove the mod caused the failure in order to deny the claim.
