What kind of HP does your calculator show...because at the dyno I kept spinning tires and can not lock the converter because JDM locks the tune so I have no control of nothing...
3800#
10.99 ET
123 mph

I'm showing between 550 and 570 rwhp....
Whats your calculators showing

Montreal Qc,
do you know what your car was doing bone stock?
Maybe that will help you figure out which calc is accurate.

I know my dyno run wasa off at least 50 hp because I could not lock the converter...plus it only loaded the brake to 2800 lbs...but I was hoping to get a good estimate...
This is what I'm finding ; there is a big difference in the formulas/rating depending the calculator...

269 bone stock.. on that same dyno that now says 471...but you can not run a heavy Roush full bodied car 10.99 with 471 on an auto...has to be over 500

In July 07 MM&FF stick shift shootout the #1 car was dynoed at 726rwhp
It ran 1.573 60', 10.015 @ 139.79

RWHP from ET shows 738 using my calculator which seems pretty close to me.

With that AOD and no lockup and no kickdown, your dyno numbers are always going to be low, Greg - as mine. I'm right around 496 as well but just like you, I know it's got more power than when the manual was putting down 580 rwhp.

I still rank the AOD is 1 of the top 3 mods on the car...:allhail:
