Ok, first off, no matter what when doing a build of any sort the manufacturer will probably not find EVERY flaw in their system which is why you should always do a search. I spent weeks searching different companies before I settled on HP performance. I even read about how long it took to get all the stuff for the kit, and ended up going with them anyway. Now I didn't figure it would take the fuckers an entire year to get me all the parts, but it did. However I couldn't go complaining about it on the forums because it was a known issue and I would have gotten bashed the same as you are here.
Granted it shouldn't be that way, but the fact of the matter is that it just simply is that way and you have to research. Now one thing I've learned on forums is don't get defensive so quickly. That is only going to stir the fire with a lot of the members and make them want to pick you apart more and more until you just get pissed and either leave or get over it. My suggestion to you is just take this as a learning experience. Next time take the time and do EXTENSIVE research before you buy. The modding world sucks sometimes, but the outcome is almost always worth the heartach.
Now to rford... c'mon, wth with the yankee comment damnit!?! lol
Hey man, I agree, I'm learning as I go here and from now on, I will do a crazy amount of research. As far as bashing, I don't care, I'm not afford to use a mustang forum for what it is, a forum. I'm not asking for a perfect kit for 2g. There were plenty of things my buddys and I (really my buddys) had and still are figuring out and that's fine. But IMO (God for bid you have one of those on here). Its really shitty that On3 does not provide information such as needing a coolant system from 07+ GT.
I think there's a big difference from say for example when we figured out our selfs were to relocate the oil filter, or how low we think the sway bars needs to be lowred or any other small "fitment' issues. BUT for On3 not to inform there customers about something such as needing to convert your coolant is very piss poor business practice, period.
It appears that people on here will fight me tooth and nail about how I feel about that and thats fine, cuz I'm sticking to my guns with this one.
