p2198 issue

hi I have A 2007 mustang gt with bbk 62mm tb, pypes o////r x pipe and mac pro axle back with and sct x4 tuner with the 93 tune. p2198 keeps popping up. its a o2 senser stuck open rich code. on a cold start it sounds like it misfires then idle jumps up alittle then fine does it a couple times then when its warmed up to normal operating temp. its fine no issues. called sct and they have no clue...

anyone have this issue abd found a fix? don't want too start replacing o2 sensors if I don't have too.. btw problem started since I had the tune on it. its starting to warm up in NYC.. I figured cause it was cold out that could be the reason with the tune but I am unsure..

Could be a bad O2 sensor, stuck injector, bad negative connection on battery to name a few.

On cold start it doesn't use the sensors in open loop. Probably a bad sensor if all of your wiring looks intact. Switch the sensor to the other side and see if the code follows it. If it does, replace the sensor.
