How much rwhp can that rear end handle?

I suppose it depends on how you drive it. 31 spline axles with a Tru Trac are pretty stout, but I suppose enough hard launches could break anything.

There are aftermarket axles on the market, so, yes. I've never seen anyone around here break a 31 spline factory axle. Usually it's the diffs or trans input shafts, but I suppose if you're building a monster then it's possible.

I'm planning 700-800 rwhp tops, and that won't even be for a while. So from the looks of your old setup the rear end should be able to take it

Damn, I would love that rear axle assembly but I won't be around for a couple weeks. God damn Navy sending me to San Diego for 2 weeks. If it is around then, I'd like to buy but I do have aftermarket LCA's. Would that be an issue?
