If you happen to have a dealer account I would be interested in a report since CarFax is actually not an approved NMVTIS provider for consumers like me. I was surprised that AutoCheck wasn't either so I pulled it with 3 other sources that are approved consumer NMVTIS providers from the US Justice Department and then added those to the AutoCheck report that the dealership was able to pull. AutoCheck is just like CarFax, they can't pull NMVTIS information for consumers but will pull it for dealers. It's kind of back-asswards if you ask me.

ADOT investigators asked me to send them everything that I sent to the AZ Attorney General's office and submit a report for them as well. Did that last night. Now we wait.
