Looks like you might have been dragging the pipe and coupler on the ground. In the first picture of the hose. It looks like you drug it on the ground enough times to cause it to fail.

Nope, that happened when it failed, before hand those clamps were brand new. This was the first or second time out with those t bolts on the car.

It blew the coupler off the inner cooler and the blowers as well as doing that damage simultaneously.

Where is that coupling in relation to the car? Don't have that setup so can't tell the orientation or how close it is to hanging on something

This is the charge pipe that comes straight off the blower and down to the intake of the inner cooler. This is the same pipe that has my wastegate on it.
