Yes I do, they could have avoided stuff like this if the connectors had o-rings.
The side with the little awning didn't have corrosion, it was the side facing the fender.

I made a shield/ramp thing out of a tin foil pan and it's covering the whole rear of the SJB so when water makes it's way there it just rolls down the pan and on to the floor.

Good you solved it, pretty sure the IDS would have given you GEM codes but the BT dongle doesn't get them then.
