I almost skipped the 10's all togather but the first pass of the 2 was more a shake down to make sure the baumann would shift when I wanted to, the suspension would take me straight, and that the car was safe. That is the 10.6 slip. Then hot lapping the car (notice the time on the slips is only 5min appart!!!) I decided to go for the gold and built as much boost as I could on the line and let it rip!

- Cubic inch displacement (CID) of engine - 281
- Type of transmission (by model number) - 4r70w
- Size and Manufacturer of power adder, or N/A - 76mm Presion turbo
- Pounds of Boost, of N2O shot (or both if applicable) - 20psi
- Rear Gear ratio - 3.31
- Make and type of tire - MT ET Street Drag Radial 325/50/15

ps, that is w/ stock heads, cams, intake, and throttle body. Only stiffer valve springs to keep the boost from pushing a valve open.

Damn what a jump from your previous best. Im glad that you got the bugs figured out.

I just talked to my buddy and he wants to put my car on the dyno this week. I was always wondering what power I make. My car is pretty similiar to yours so it should be making close to what you are. We will see.

Is your trans a lockup?

Nick - do you have a second 9sec slip?
Not yet. They only let us make 2 passes and the first one was more of a shakedown to make sure the car was safe. Then on the second one I went for a good pass and that is what happened. I think I might be able to even get it a little better than that with more seat time.

Dallas Raceway last night for TNT - first pass was 11.42 @ 117 then after a wasted pass where I hit water (or something) on the track I made my last pass and ran 11.399 @ 119.06 MPH. Pretty happy with that.

I'm #92 on the slips.

Made two passes and the car ran horrible. Pulled out the plugs and they were fouled out from driving down on C16. Swapped out the plugs, but was only able to make one strong pass after changing out the plugs since (my son was sick and wife needed help). Hot day, IAT's were through the roof and the computer started pulling timing in the middle of the run, hence the low mph.

Rick,

I was there that night - track was slippery IMO, that's a great 60' you got... I could do no better than 1.9 myself.

GREAT job!

Not much of an improvement but it knocks me up three slots in the NA list.

I'm car #24, please use the 12.01 slip:
