Problem with car running

The car started acting up last week. The TB is intermittently going shut and the car won't run.

I ordered a new TB, but today it's doing the same thing. One noticeable thing is when cycling the key on, there is no "buzz". I only get the clicks from the TB.

Any ideas?

The car does not even try to fire.

Right, the buzz of the fuel pumps. Here's what I know so far:
* IT's not the TB
* There are no blown fuses or relays.
* The BAP is fine.
* In conjunction with the lack of fuel pump priming I get an occasional code for TB actuator stuck shut.

I was able to get the car to run by unplugging the battery and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then it acted normal.

Also I wonder if running around with a BAP for 3 years could have ruined the stock fuel pump.

Original battery? Mine went bad a couple of months ago. With the way tunes fail to load if the battery is low on these cars and how disconnecting the battery seems to have fixed it, I would check the battery.

It ran all day yesterday with no issues. I drove it around for a couple of hours running errands. The odd part is this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. It did it in July at a race and I blew it off as a fluke since it wouldn't repeat.

I know it's time to go with a fuel system, I may bite the bullet and eliminate that as a variable.

I didnt explain my thoughts well. With the computer being susceptible to voltage changes, a weak battery could have low voltage or cause the alternator to surge trying to bring it up charge something like that causing problems with the computer.

I see, I will swap it out because at this point I have no idea.

The battery has been drained completely dead before so it might be a good idea anyhow.

Just an update. I am pretty sure the stock pump has died. It's had a BAP on it for close to 3 years so it's not a surprise.

It ran well Saturday, then when I went to start it Sunday it sounded weak. After starting it ran for a few minutes and died.

I switched batteries and the results were the same. Since then it's been hit or miss. I ordered a stock replacement from Tasca while I decide what system to go with. Beefcake has a nice system I am seriously considering but I want to do my research before spending almost $3k. I only have ID725's so I need injectors to go to E85 as well.
