That looks pretty sharp. Can't wait to see what this car runs.
Looks good, nice clean install. Is the pump or lines going to be visible like the older mustangs or is it mounted high enough?
I should be way above 3.5 mph in the pits. On the track, eh, could be a problem. So what are you saying?--my fuel cell is too small?
While watching the Drag Radial Vs the World event in Georgia on the internet, I finished the fuel system today. There is some unbelievable fast cars in that event.
Will run the lines forward once the cage and motor plate is done. I ran two lines from the fuel cell to the aluminum floor, and used bulkhead fittings to run to the outside of the car. One is a -8 return for fuel, one is a -8 vent with a roll over check valve.

Here is what it looks like underneath. Still need to run the return line and the -10 line to the front.

Took off the (I don't know what to call it) pieces that protrude into the rear fenderwell just forward of the shocks. This, combined with taking the dust tubes off of the shocks will give me easily another inch of clearance to the inside.

Cleaning up the cut below:

Also, the rear bogarts have somewhat of a spacer like the fronts did, so I am going to ship the rears off to bogart to shave those off. I won't be able to tell exactly how much this has improved things until I install the Currie rearend, but I am hoping I can run the 29X12.0 slick vs the 11.0 slick I have now, plus be more underneath the car vs now.
Once I test fit it, I should be able to tell Bogart exactly how much to shave off the spacer.
I am also thinking about running the 315/60/15 M/T Drag Radial......we will see.
No, but I was thinking they only need to be moved inboard about an inch. I was thinking it wouldn't be hard at all, but won't know for sure until the 9 inch is installed. I was thinking of making a small plate kinda like the adaptor plates that are used for the iron cobra block and stock motor mounts.
You wouldn't happen to have a couple extra plates so I don't have to re create the wheel, do you?
Also, I noticed you also removed the dust cover from the shock like I did. How much room did all of this give you? Its hard for me to tell as the rearend is not in place, so I can't mount the wheels and look myself.
