I'm relocating the battery to the trunk I'm running a 1/0 welding cable up to the front . Can I just hook it straight to the starter and also bolt the alt cable to it . So the hot cable from the battery to the starter and the hot lead for the alt with it , will this work and I'm using a 300amp fuse at the battery .

I picked up on of these terminals off ebay for cheap and then ran all my hot wires off of it. You need a hot wire to your fuse box also.

I don't think all three cables will fit on the starter post will they? I would get an terminal like mentioned above. I used a super fuse holder for mine.

This is not mine but you get the idea. You can leave the fuse out and have two separate terminals if you like.

Yes, the 2/0 in the back is from the battery. When you take it all apart there are three seperate 4/0 wires that run to each, alternator, starter, and fuse box. I just cut each wire to length and soldered on a new 4/0 brass end. I ran the alternator wire under the intake and around the back. Then are all long enough to go to this location. I don't believe I had the alternator one done yet in that pic.

I have a chasis ground in the trunk, but I also ran a ground from the battery all the way to the front. Put a new ground right next to the ECM's new location. In these pics you can see an addition ground. The black is the original negative wire off of the factory battery harness, and the other wire is connecting all of the new grounds all the way back to the battery. Maybe a little overkill, but I didn't want any problems.
