Quick help!!!!!!!!

First of all, I apologize if it's in the wrong section!!!

I need quick help!!! I want to run a set of drag radials my buddy is lending me but not too sure if theyll fit.... I know our cars are 5x4.5 bolt pattern the wheels he has are 5x4.75.. logic tells me they wont fit but I am by no means an expert. If I can run them then awesome! i can finally run better than 13.3 and see what this thing can do....

on a side note the rims in question are 02 SS rims...

They are they same....

5-114.3 is metric
5-4.5 is standard .

Yea I'd say not much more than 1800rpms plus or minus some depending on track prep
