I just went with the kirkey 41500, 16" wide. Even though I have a 36" inch waste I fit in it fine. I haven't mounted it yet but I got the bottom brackets and the seat bracket for mounting to the roll bar.

They are not too bad at all---but I wouldn't be taking trips to Vegas with these seats thats for sure.

If yours is a daily driver I would look for something else.

That's the seat i hope to get within a few months. i plan on selling my whole leather interior seat as a package since i have no need for rear seats and have a rear seat delete in mine right now.

What do the Courbeaus cost? How much do they weigh? What brackets do you use for them. Those look nice but probably cost much more than Kirkeys aluminum seats.
I am thinking of the Kirkeys because I want to mouint to my rollbar also and the main reason I want aftermarket seats is for weight.

i have some in my car. They are knockoff Sparco's. I replaced my moms seat with a Corbeau. They sit lower in the car.

Im 6'3" and fine, my buddy that co-drives the car sits on a phone book and he is only a couple of inches shorter.

For a daily seat with the Kirkey's and such, if you are looking for that move to the ultrashield rallye or pro seat. They are pretty comfy and if you need a bit more, get some cheap mattress pad to put under the cover.
