With a 100 shot and some good tires, you should see 11's next time out if you are already hitting 107mph n/a.

Nice times man..How was the weather last night? Next time I go to LVD it will be with a torque converter, some cooler air and hopefully I get booted off for running faster than 11.49 and no cage, lol..

weather

it was around 70 degrees nice night looked as if it was going to rain but it went the other way . the kid i was talking to was from new york he had a all blacked out gt with a cervini's kit and hood real nice looking car . anyone know who i am talking about ? he said he was on here. i couldnt figure out the proper burn out with these tires i have 18/10 with 305/45/18 nitto drag radials. but i think i am going to sell these tires and put some m/t drag radials on the 17" rims. the tires on the car now are so heavy with those big ass back tires, and i have 18/9's on the front . im sure id pick up a tenth or two alone with the lighter wheels and tires. and hook alot better with the m/t's

dude those are some GREAT #'s man... I have only got one shot down the track in my 05 and I got a 13.7 on factory tires. I'm putting a zex kit on this weekend and i'm talking to a few friends about some real tires. Really hoping to see some mid 12's

I have 305/40 18 Nitto Drag radials and they hook great at 18 psi at LVD. Ill find out how good they really hook after a torque converter..I am familiar with the all black car from New York, I dont know his name though..Have you heard of The Late Model Mustang Club of Connecticut? www.lmmc-ct.com , check it out, we have some cool events through out the year..

I hate this friggin Southeast Texas weather, it's brutal! :damnit:

I may go to Houston Raceway Park this Friday to watch some cars race if anything. I doubt my dad will drive our CS all the way across Houston(from near Katy to HRP in Baytown) to race it, we'll see...... I'd like to see him run some low 13's in it.

I hear yah; ready for this heat to subside; after almost 70 days of 100+ temps, really ready for fall, and the better racing results from the cooler temps.

If I could move back to Colorado which is where I was born and lived in for 2 years, I probably would. I'm pretty sure I could accept the 10x nicer weather even though it would mean our car would be considerably slower.
