Repeal the VA "Civil Remedial Fees" for Traffic Offenses
I don't know if this was posted already but please stop by and sign it or pass it on to family and friends to sign it.

The Constitution talks about equal protection under the law, which means we are all subject to the same consequences when we break the law. That is not the case here and if they want to make money to pay for roads then raise the sales tax when buying a car, or raise the license plate renewal fee $1. There are any number of ways that the money can be rasied where it applies to everyone in Virginia who uses those roads and the traffic laws will still apply equally to anyone on the road.
This Law is Unconstitutional, repeal it now.
