Return Fuel System

I have a 2005 Mustang GT that was recently converted to a return style fuel system. I am running the Pro Race Package from SCT and I am well versed on how to use this system. But, I have never tuned a return fuel system that has not been on a Fox platform. I am wondering which parameters must be adjusted in the software to make the car run. Is anyone willing to share? Thanks

Since fuel pressure is mechanical now as far as I know the computer doesn't need to know anything since it doesn't have to control a fpdm and maintain delta anymore so that stuff gets turned off.

I just fired up the car with the changes I "think" are correct, but I got a check engine light. The car did not have any CEL's prior to the install. So it must be something that I have changed in the PCM incorrectly.
