I have a 2009 Roush Stage 3 and I am wanting to replace my pads all the way around the car. I believe the front brakes is actually a Roush branded Stoptech st-40 kit, and the back appears to be stock GT brakes with a red caliper but I am not 100% sure.

Does anyone know? And any pad suggestions for this setup? Best place to order from?

Those are the same pads I run. They make a ton of dust...but they have excellent stopping power and they can handle super-high street temps without fading. They can even be used for mild track work.

I also bought from Zeckhausen.

I went with hawk pads.Cant remember the part number but they are there low dust style.I have the four piston roush calipers up front. Stop tech dust is crazy. They do stop very well. But i hated the dust. You can clean your rims and next day there cover in brake dust. The hawk pads im using to not stop as hard as the stoptech but not terible. But rims stay cleaner longer.

I thought the ROUSH brakes took stock GT front pads?
Are they special pads for the StopTech calipers?

If you look at the ROUSH description it states fits stock GT...????

Per stoptechs website, the pads I ordered are what came stock with all st-40 systems (factory installed or not)... but then the roush site says basically the same thing, so who knows... I didn't know the stoptechs where so bad on dust when I ordered them, had I known I would have went for the Hawks.

As for the other forum, I think it says it will be back up tomorrow but I am growing very frustrated with it. The links are all changed now too, so if you search for something on google and it brings up a hit from fnsweet, that link is dead (when the forum was working), but you could modify the url to get to the old stuff (had it been migrated yet). Not a fan of the software either. Perhaps I need to start my own forum lol.

Weird. I wonder if indeed the StopTechs do accept stock GT pads, wouldn't those have a lot less dust as typically OEM pads are usually pretty dust free.

I figure you would need some kind of ceramics to cut down on the dust
