Good luck! With two people it shouldn't take that long. I would say 7-12 hours depending on overall knowledge of cars, tools available and how fast yall work. Lots of people on here have the m90 and will be able to help with any questions.

I expected that during my install ... but when I disconnected the fuel line ... it did nothing but trickle out when I fully unplugged it ...

Thanks for all the replies so far. My friend makes his living as a mechanic and is taking more schooling right now but he has not done a supercharger before.

Congrats the M90! I completed this install recently it was a great project, as it has been said before, The Roush m90 is a safe, proven, complete turn key kit!
I would recommend a set of hose clamp pliers, If you own a 05-07 get a can of Deep Creep to remove the plugs, I found this plug removal a real nail biter! Make sure to lube the o-ring and ensure the modified heater tube is fully seated the water pump fitting in the block!
Don't forget to bag and tape up your alternator to avoid getting shavings inside.
Other than the basic hand tools it's a pretty easy install! I used silicone lube during the install on all of the o-rings. Take your time and label the wiring harness as you remove! Solder and shrink wrap all cut wires!
Enjoy the new found Whine when you get into boost!
Feel free to PM me if you have any questions...:hi:

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions...

When we installed mine...I didn't want ANY wires in the harness cut. We unraveled the harness from the factory loom and re-routed them. I believe that's what the instructions call for anyways. I didn't want mine cut up or for there to be any soldered wires. I'm sure it's fine to do so....but that's just me.

Feel free to PM me also with any questions. The wiring was the biggest PIA of the proccess....lol.

^ My install was for 05-06 model years I'm not sure what year your kit was although, how did you supply power to the Intercooler Electric Water Pump?
Proper Soldering/Shrink wrapping is far better solution than a crimp connection IMO, I don't know what steps you preformed but trying to seal out water with a properly soldered/shrink wrap is far better than trying to seal up a common crimp connection....

Page 36 of the install manual....

"2. Locate the 6-wire MAF sensor connector. Looking into the face of the connector with the release tab positioned up, the first two wires in the connector (IAT) from the right are grey and grey w/ red tracer. Cut both of these wires approximately 5 to 6 inches from the back of the connector."

Page 56 of the install manual....

"Locate the red wire in pin location #10 (2005 model year) or pin location #2 (2006 model year). Cut this red wire about 1 1/2 inches back from the connector.Strip approximately 3/8” of insulation off the harness side of the red wire. Place a piece of supplied heat shrink tubing over the non-terminated end of the Intercooler Pump Wiring Harness. Strip approximately 3/8” of insulation off the end of the intercooler wire and connect to the red wire using the provided splice connector from the Intercooler Pump Wiring Harness Kit and crimp using a W-type crimping tool. Using a clean, hot soldering iron, heat the wires (not the solder) in the splice connector until they are hot enough to melt the solder touched to them. Slide the heat shrink tubing over the solder joint and heat to shrink with a heat gun.

Install manual can be found here... LINK

I'm talking about all the factory wires that have to be moved. We didn't cut any of those wires...we pulled the harness apart and re-routed the wires. We did solder the IAT sensor wires...I remember doing that.

Good luck with install. It's quite straightforward but there are some hiccups. Read through all the m90 threads, there are lots of tips in there. I had the help of friends and we did it over a weekend including gauges.
Your gonna love how hard it pulls.
