Recently I installed a BBK throttle body, Steeda delete plates and Deatschwerks 42Lbs injectors(SCT pre installed tune). Problem is everytime I accelerate from a stop the RPMs drop like a bad habit. Tried upping the drive idle rpms to about 700 to see if that's help but it made it worse in my opinion but besides that on the car runs like it's brand new. Is it time for a dyno tune?

Dyno Tune will not hurt. Manually adjusting the idle will do nothing if the vehicle is tuned.

What transmission? I had with delete plates a similar problem with the tune that the TB closed for a split second from a stop (manual transmission). After recording a log file and sending it to my tuner, they fixed it.

Canned tunes won’t be perfect. You don’t need a dyno tune necessarily as most good tuners will have you log the issue and they can send revisions. Shameless plug for Lito, as he is a fantastic remote tuner.

No Codes? I know non oem TBs can have issues especially if they're not set correctly. Did it act this way before the BBK?
