I have an iPod integration system from brandmotion for sale. It allows you to control/navigate your iPod/iPhones through your stock radio. Retail on these are $160.

This is far better than a FM transmitter because there is no need to fiddle with the iPod/iPhone and it sounds GREAT!

how does it hook up, just behind the head unit??

This plugs into the Sirius unit an gets it's feed that way. It's pretty discrete. That's why there is a very long cable. Then it's controlled via the head unit

Yes sir. This plugs into the Sirius unit that in turn is plugged to the navi head unit. The only installation is to plug the harness to the Sirius and that's it. Removing the head unit is not required for this install
