You are gonna have to keep the engine from torquing over. Stiffer motor mounts and limiters.... Better shifter or stiffer bushings in the shifter.

IMO youd probably be better off with a new shifter. Im looking and all of the bushings for the stock and ford racing shifters are just the same type of bushings(maybe alittle stiffer.) Looking at the MGW it has a better rear mount.

I have the shelby/Scott Drake shifter and absolutely love it. Also have 1/2 inch drop prothane bullit motor mounts.

I would go with Polyurethane motor mounts and look into a MGW shifter setup. The MGW allows for adjustment, after a little testing you should be able to aid that 2nd gear lockout.

Well dealer is going to look at the transmission since they verified the issue when the car was stock.

:thumb: Let me know how it works out for you!

I should know around monday when I get the damn thing back (car). Everything I read tells me, it uses the same tune as a CJ65 and relies on adaptive learn.

Thanks, hoping this TB will net me a few ponies!
Seer .....

Good-Luck with it. :thumb2:

I doubt it is going to hurt performance any and hopefully help.

Hey I took a ride, (Short Ride) in a 2013 GT-500 not long ago.

They are nice, I owned one for about 3 days before I flipped it for a quick profit :D

Ya, currently at 746rwhp, I think the tb should add about 15-20 at most. But the tip in throttle response should be improved.

As well as this:

I also got rid of my whipple 2.9, so time to replace it.

I am still exploring return style fuel systems, and am looking for a tuner to be able to do the conversion, so far no luck on the tuner part for the 11+ cars.
