Shaker Hood & FRPP Intake Manifold...Possible?

Has anyone tried mating a Shaker hood system with the FRPP Intake Manifold?

I have been thinking lately of the Shaker system, but I have the FRPP intake manifold and do not want to go back to the factory manifold. It looks like on the install instructions, that there is just one place at the back where the Shaker screws into. I am wondering if something could be fabbed up to mount the shaker over the FRPP manifold?

Any ideas?

Good question, I've been sorta wondering this too, if it is possible on a not-too stratospheric budget, lol.

If you can dream it, you can make it. My concern would be the height difference between the stock manifold and the frpp.

Someone on another forum told me that there is a 2 inch height difference between the stock manifold and the FRPP manifold. That is probably way too much height difference and would make it stick up too high!

Photoshop anyone??? It might not look too bad, even with the extra 2 inches.
