You have caught may attention.


4:10 gears

28" tire

4r70w trans

1st- 2:84 Shift at 6950
2nd- 1:56 Shift at 6950
3rd- 1:00 Cross the line at 7150
4th- .70 (O/D) N/A

Currently the rpms fall to about 5300 on the shift.

Without revving the engine to 8k looks like your shifts are on point.
You'll never fall back to peak torque since your peak torque is all the way at 6200-6300 lol.

You will typically want to take a Centri car as high as it'll go, assuming it doesn't start dropping boost.

If it'll safely handle 7500+, 05stroker, you need to be taking it there. On a curve like yours, assuming I am correct that the run was stopped at about 6900....you should be taking it much further. I would bet you would gain 2 tenths by taking it to atleast 7300+ in every gear.

It will "safely" handle the power as much as any other well built 3v. I have faith in the build. As for the rpm in every gear that is what I am after here. Sounds like I am on track. I would LOVE a 7500 in each gear pass!

I'm not pro by any means but I concur... take her to the top and bang them quick and hard. I try to pull the next gear at about 6k knowing that by the time I do she is about 6500ish...

Been to 7k a few times, was puckering up though but no issues. lol
