Side bolt replacement

Hey guys, I have a Livernois 298 Stroker motor with just about ARP everything besides the side bolts which are Ford OEM. What is the procedure to replace these with ARP bolts? Are they worth replacing/has anyone ever had issues with them coming apart? Not sure why Livernois would use them if they were prone to failure.

No need unless you are rebuilding and even then it's just so you can use them over and over.
