Signature not deleting

For what ever reason , i cant FOR THE LIFE OF ME delete my retarded signature of Obama and the muppet lol !! I cant even upload, change .. add .. NADA!! Need a super admin to take a look see . to see WTF is up ! thanks yall !!

Everything is set where you should be able to change your sig. The only time i've had trouble is when i'm trying to use to big of an image, then it reverts back to the old one. I manually deleted for you.
