Much better launch on the last pass. I need to be able to launch like that consistently.
And I don't have your phone number. But we'll have plenty of time to talk about the wot box soon. I already emailed Dad about it.

You do now. Give me a holler whenever. (except during tomorrow's Broncos game)

I tried the SCT 2 step in my GT, couldn't get it to work right. Have a WOT box in the Shelby, it's a cool device, great addition if u drag a lot IMO.

If you just want a 2 step there are better solutions. MSD is easy to hook up and a couple of small dials to set limits. No laptops, counting flashing lights or any of that stuff.

As for the shifting benefits of a wot box, YOU don't need them. You row them just fine without interrupting your spark momentarily.

So how about launching without bogging? That's basically all I'm looking for. I'm not thrilled with the concept of hard wiring some Chinese box into my ignition, mainly because I'm incapable of diagnosing issues if they develop years down the road.

Higher rpm. Wot box nor any 2 step will solve that. Your car hooks hard. Light her up. Remember, you have the ability to modulate the clutch to soften things a bit. With a 2 step you either hook or not.

A 2 step will certainly fix bogging issues. My car sees 5.5# of boost at the line with a 6# spring. If I don't use the 2 step it sees 2#s and will bog hard even at 6k rpms lol

I'm running 18-20 lbs of air and dead hooking (except for when some asshole wets down the starting line). Pressure Friday was 18 lbs cold before I left the house and 20 lbs between runs when the tires were warmer.

The run I watched in the video you hooked but it bogged. For comparison I cut low 1.5 even seen a couple 1.4 with a lot less power.

I got there right as your guys ran the second run. The one where the gt500 spun like a mother fucker. Ran my car for the first time. Ran a 13.3 at 105 mph. Only got 2 runs was kinda pissed off about that but it was packed. And the 2nd run spun like crazy

You going this Friday? I need to work on my launch and get my 60' times down. The car has low 10s in it.

Oh, got my JBA headers today. Got the mid pipe Saturday and should have the gaskets and additional hardware by this weekend (I hope). Once I get everything I'll set a day and install, then run it over to VMP to update the tune.

I might be out there. Not sure yet though.

Looks like I'll try to get out there both nights. Hopefully we have good air and I can continue to whittle down my best ET.

BTW, I love those rims on your GT. They look really sharp.

I'm going Saturday for sure. Will be my first time at the track with my new tune, and thanks.

I'm pretty sure I will be out there friday but saturday I will either be at Monster Jam or the Rolex 24 hours. They need to go back to the old prices though, $10 to get in $5 to run.
