That car is on 18's and in my opinion looks good but..... yes I said but....

He needs a larger wheel for one to get rid of the bubble side wall. Ditch that and go to a more square sidewall that's perfect with the fender or a wider rear wheel. Now, once he's sitting on 20's and slammed where he is at he needs to shave the mounting surface of that rear wheel a few mm to fit everything just inside his rear fenders. He sticks out too far right now. A good bump and he's looking at a few grand in body work.

Besides that the car looks great.

Yeah, the back wheel is shaved as it is I believe actually. I personally like that it is bubbled in the rear because it gives it a beefier appearance but I could see how a thinner tire could give it a better appearance simply because it would match the front a bit better.

Alright since everyone is giving me shit about the offset wheels and stretched tires this was my old set up last year, I'm just changing the game

Not trying to give you a hard time man. I think if you posted before and after, you would have had less people give you a hard time.

Regardless, I do like the before better though. Still nice either way, just not my cup of tea.

Theyre fr500s for 99-04 body which come et22, I'm not running any spacers at all, I've got an adjustable pan hard on the way because as it sits right now the picture I posted earlier with the poke is the side that's sunken in, the passenger side is pushed way out, but the pan hard will even them out, she's dropped about 4 inches all the way around, and driven at that height as a daily driver, I AM NOT ON AIR , so I drive it like a park it

Looked MUCH BETTER BEFORE!!!

I don't really consider mine slammed but it drags on a lot of shit. Headers made it worse.

I had about 1-1/2" between the headers and the pavement.

255/45-18 front
275/40-18 rear

Love the way wider than stock tires look on the factory bullitts on the rear

A few shots of my 08 GT/CS 18x9 18x10 305/40 275/40

That looks awesome. Nice car

Slammeds197, the car looks really cool in these pictures. I just don't like how the rim/wheels looks close up...where the tire lip is actually like a half inch inside the wheel, it looks kind of ridiculous and I can't imagine it's safe. Also, 225's are way too thin for a mustang. But the car does look sweet in those pics, I'll give you that.

agreed, we need like 255's minimum, and thats on a 8" wide wheel
throw some 285's or more on a 10" and itll be lookin good, just need the right offset

I think the reason why everyone is shitting the bed is because he is stretching on a "standard" mustang wheel. I think if he had a more unusual or non-domestic style wheel most people would take it much better. I like how he was able to get the tires to fit in under the wheel well, but I'm personally a bulge kinda guy.
