Thanks. Wanted to try a different color beside the usual. LOL What do you think about removing passanger side stripes and just leaving driver side?

Its not an S197, but it IS slammed on 18's. My project.

Full Griggs GR350 Suspension. Jongbloed Racing JRW305 18"x10.5" with 315/30/18 on all four corners. And 700HP!

fuck my life thats gonna be a monster. And as light as those first gen's are....


I'm building it for the Optima Open Track Challenge which is currently dominated by Gen 1 Camaros with so so suspension, but superior power plants.

Weight is EVERYTHING in road racing and my 65 is 800lbs. lighter than the current leader's 69 Camaro.

If I can get it finished...

What all do you have left?

This list is long, quite expensive, and I don't want to douche up this thread.

The transmission alone is $13,000. :banghead: And that doesn't include the clutch, mount or shifter.

Still it will happen, just need to work my street corner a little harder.
