Well i recently got tired of having absolutely zero trunk space, so I decided to do something about it. I ordered a Zenclosure dual 12" sealed subwoofer enclosure.
It came very nicely packed with lots of bubble wrap layered multiple times. The box was in excellent condition and looks very professional. The carpet is not a perfect match, but it is very well put together.
Its a very clean and tight fit. I drove around with it in, without subs, and it stayed in place well.
Now for the amplifiers. These are the bad boys I'll be using.
Kenwood Kac-9105d: will be running this at 2 ohms and putting out 900 watts rms.
Jl audio J2 320.4: running this through 4 infinity reference 6x8" speakers at 60 watts rms per channel.
This is a view of how i have the amps set up and wired. I know its a little messy but it'll clean up nicely.
The box has enough room between the back and the seatbacks to mount both amps and still allow them room to breathe.
I'll be putting in 2 12" Kenwood Kfc-w1303ps subwoofers tomorrow when they arrive. They should sound great!
