Draining your windshield wiper reservoir has about the same effect (or taking a poop).

I'm only 180shit
If you stop eating, the benefits are two fold...you lose weight, and save money that can be spent on parts that further reduce weight. It's really a win-win sort of thing..
Somewhat back on topic, I do have one of the Steeda supports, and there is no question that it's a viable piece for road racing. The swaybar tabs are plenty strong enough to take pretty aggressive cornering, and the weight savings is in nearly the perfect place: WAY out front of the axle centerline. Will it suddely make your car able to corner at twice the G-load it used to? No. However, as part of a comprehensive weight-reduction plan, it fits perfectly.
Good link, post 11 should answer most of the questions raised here about its durability and road race use.
I also use the Steeda Radiator Support - works great and saves weight. Every little bit counts on the road course especially when you're NA and only putting down 330 rwhp.
