Suspension Swap

Im currently running BMR springs and have a blown strut. It hits on a lot of speed bumps now, so i want to go ahead and replace it. I cant really afford d-specs right now so i was looking at GT500 shocks/struts and front sway for $115 shipped. I dont care if it isnt a huge "upgrade" right now. Is it any better though? Will it work well with the car and springs?
