Just out of curiosity, are you still planning on running it all year?

That's easy, it's Tuesday.

Well Rench definitely has the best (and probably most logical) answer... but I suspect that since his ad says he is willing to trade for a rolling chassis he is looking for something to put that motor in he just bought and blowing off the completely impractical daily driver idea.

Well, I have seen the car in person a few times and it is definitely very nice, and with the twin turbo I think the $40K is a steal turn key. I wanted to see this thing run with the twin turbo.

I still cant believe your are selling it Mark. Maybe you will change your mind once the piping comes back from the coaters lol

I guess it does make sense to run that other motor.

Well if no one buys the car by next week, you will see some passes out of it Paul. Besides, having some time slips and dyno numbers will probably help the sale.

Doc - right on the money. It's not cost effective to turn my car ready for what I want to do with the new motor. There is also another big reason. My uncle has offered me the 55' Chevy for a ridiculous 35K. I would buy it right now, but the wifey says absolutely no way to have 2 hot rods and a race car. The stang has to go, I am going to find a roller for the new motor and I REALLY want to by my uncle's 55'. It is hands down the sickest street car ever built...lol

Hopefully the stang sells and I'm sure it will when it's finished next week and everyone can see the finished product....

I will even take 36K if someone is serious and wants to pick it up...:thud:

BTW: the 55' drives to the track on street tires and turns 8.50's!!! I have wanted this car for over 5 years! I will also give a $1000 finders fee to anyone who helps me sell the stang.

I want to nab the 55' before my uncle changes his mind...:thud:
