This converter was in a customers car for about 3000 miles, he didnt drive the car often but just recently switched to a built engine and higher HP level with his Saleen supercharger. So we opted to go to a stronger converter with three locking discs. The TCI converter is a single disc and does not handle the higher torque loads from cars making 500+ HP
The TCI 456000 is a 3000 RPM stall, which is perfect for a street driver car in NA or Supercharger/Turbo/Nitrous applications under 500HP.
I used this same converter in my 2006 Mustang GT that had a stroker motor and ran low 11's.
Converter retails new for $500, looking to get $300 shipped to your door.
Please contact me here via PM for payment details.
