Remember that lawmakers at times need to act like they are earning their money. It's spring time here in Texas and the winds will become predominantly from the south soon and guess what? The polution will be blowing in from our southern neighbors whom have no emmissions standards at all and we will be listening to how dirty our air is here in Dallas. Funny how we never hear how "GOOD" it is in the Winter though. We finally told big brother to stick it with their highway funds that were attached to all these stupid things we had to do to get the money. Hence more tolls and higher fee's that I pay gladly. Fear not my friend, we always find a way...........
