The ultimate hard parker mod! I do like the look but a couple of trips in my neck of the woods at high speeds and you'd be picking critters out of the bent radiator fins for days :poke:

Yeah, I love it. Do you think there could be any warranty issues with blacking out the radiator with radiator paint?

The 14 came that way for free........the $ 60 insurance policy went in on day 2 !!

A thread on the SVTP site showed the radiator after a small bird hit his grill insert, damaged but not leaking !

Looks very unfinished. Reminds me of a Honda Civic that some 16 year old kid hacked up trying to make it look cool.

LOL, you have to pay to remove you're grille?!?! What happened to the old $60 grille pricing like for the New Edge...$299 for nothing?!?

You want something behind the grill, no problem:

Just some stainless mesh, expoxy, and zip ties, and you can add your own mesh.

Granted, no grill is the ultimate in terms of airflow but ghetto rigging steel mesh without consideriation of the effect it has on airflow thru the radiator is a crap solution. I can assure you that those hole sizes found in the stock GT, Boss and Boss 302S grills weren't determined by whatever sizes the local Lowes had in stock.

Then again, maybe you'll get lucky with whatever size mesh you choose and it flows better. Lord knows the propeller heads aren't always right but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that some thought went into the grill design and how it effects cooling. It's not likely a random chosen mesh will fix anything other then keeping bugs out. One step forward, two steps back
