just a quick question, one of my buddies just bought some of these from summit for 80 bucks each for the fronts and like 100+ for the rears... do any of these fit our cars? can't beat 80 bucks!

They look exactly the same as the Jegs wheel. Oddly enough, my Jegs wheel came in a summit box. I'm guessing they are both sourcing the same cast wheel.

Yes, it will work. Freaknasty has it listed here:

You will need a 3/8 spacer for them unless you get medieval on the grinding.

THANKS!!! i just spent the last 30 minutes trying to read all this thread and click the links to see what everyone was talking about haha

i'm going to order the rims in a little while and hopefully get to sell my new m/h drag radials i just bought for my stock 17's i run at the track and get some to fit the 15x8 wheels on the rear.

so i have the green light to order the fronts with a 3/8 spacer and be good to go with the fronts at least right? my debit card is in my hand and ready to purchase haha

Take note of front clearances if you are running a chin, lowering springs, different front fascia, etc.

Are you at all concerned about the "T" speed rating on them (118mph)?

I spoke to a few people about it, if I was driving them on the street, then yes, I'd be concerned. But for track only use, I was told it would be fine. You think its an issue Don? They were cheap enough so I can switch them out without much of a loss.

I don't know if its an issue or not. But I will admit that when I was buying my first set of skinnies, I considered a lot of different options. And in the end, I just decided to buy fronts that were designed for drag racing, and not worry about it at all. It just seemed best for me.

I agree with Don...I have run tires like the VW tires on skinnies before on my Fox Body's, and sometimes they can't hold the speeds even on a drag strip....

Well, I think I will have to change these out once I get the built block in and turn up the boost, as I'm right up to the speed rating on these. Thanks for catching that.

Also..

I was out in the garage, changing out my rear DR's for my street tires and decided to weigh my 17x9's with M&H 325 DR's. They came in at 48lbs! I found that odd as I know the Nittos on the same rim felt heavier and I jotted down 48lbs for them as well.

I put the Nittos back on the scale and realized I must have read the scale wrong. As they came in at 54lbs! So I was off on my install post.

So the real numbers after this install are as follows:

• 17x9 Bullit Wheel w/Nitto 450 255/50/17 - 54lbs
• 15x4 Jegs Wheel w/Kumho 165/80/15 - 29lbs

Rotational weight savings per wheel: 25lbs
Toto rotational weight savings: 50lbs

wow! 50 pounds off the front. for this price... can't beat it. can't wait til i get mine. m/h is local here in bakersfield so i'm going to go in on monday and see if i can swap out my 17" drag radials i just purchased a couple weeks ago. still havent even put them on the car so i can get their 15" radials. and maybe the set of front runners while im in there

i will try to update it when i get back home too , that way i can add the welds n all i run a different program on my laptop and it wont let me edit the original

by the way i have to agree with hawg rygen you managed to make some cheap wheels expensive lmao but man they look killer ...shit for that fact your whole car looks killer
