I absolutely love this car!!!!!

Bundled up this morning to wash the sex197. 1 pair of PJ's, 2 pairs of jeans, 1 t-shirt, 1 fleece sweatshirt, 1 hoodie, 2 pairs of socks, 2 pairs of gloves, 1 russian winter hat, and boots. Ended up sweating, but found out that all the water spickets around the house/garage were frozen solid, and as were all the hoses. So I ended up washing the entire car by running back and forth filling up buckets in the sink. T'was a pain in the dick.

but for a great cause. We had a large car show for a local boy with brain cancer (who loves mustangs). Had a huge turnout. Also I met fellow forum member TGR96(?) there.

Stuck around until it ended and took some pics after the show with the bros.

Local Ford dealer (McClary Ford) gave his dad the 2013 GT500 to drive the boy to his own car show. Hella thoughtful. Very touched.

I honestly can't decide on my opinion with this thing..... dare I say it looks a tad bit ricey at certain angles? I like the rear end of the 05-09 model but the front end of the new model. Not a big fan of the angled rear-end.

Wait, what time did you go? There're no crowds in your pics.

IMO, I'm stunned they didn't put the car up on a spinning platform. Given it was their main showpiece, I think it was real dumb to stick it in the furthest back corner with barely any room around the back half of the car.

Anyway, I gotta agree. In person the sides are amazing...easily some of the best styling at the show...next to the F-type coupe that is (love that thing). The pics of the rear definitely don't do the car justice. That front...just can't get used to it. Too much grille. Can't wait for people putting aftermarket billet grilles on it. It'll be an extra $50 in aluminum and will be blinding.

On Saturday I was there 12-5, and then today I was there 12-3. The crowd today was huge compared to yesterday. I still have like 40 tickets to give away for the show if anyone is interested. Id hit it up again in the middle of the work week while kids are not climbing over everything.

I was surprised by that placement too. Should have swapped spots with that edge concept.

I love that F-type too. Honestly one of the only other cars that got me excited. Wish the F-type R came in a vert tho.

You are right tho, the aftermarket grilles for the s550 are going to be insane. Just wait for the Eleanor grille with fogs. Lol
