Took some pics of my dad's 08' yesterday... May look stock but damn it sure looks super clean.

Is he running spacers with those Bullitt's, or do those just clear the Brembos on their own?

These are the FR500S Brembo's. Part# M-2300-J. They just barely and I mean barely fit, luckily. If the wheels weights were any thicker, they'd hit. Will have to be sure to get them stuck on the inside of the rim from now on.

So are those Brembos a different profile than the Brembo's that were on the track pack cars? I'll be putting a set of 2012 track packs on my car, which is why I'm curious. What brand wheels are those as well? I like that they'll clear the brakes. Thanks in advance.

No such thing as a 2012 Track Pack, but the 2012 Brembo brakes are the same, as Cam said above.

Those are the same ones.

There seems to be a lot of misconception about the FR500S Brembo's and the ones off of 07-12 GT500's and the 11-14 GT, Boss, etc. These are actually NOT the same. The calipers are very different.

One thing is the fact that the GT500, GT, Boss calipers are one piece as far as mounting goes and the FR500S actually has a separate bracket to mount the caliper to the spindle. That's just one small example. The FR500S calipers are known as F40/F50 calipers. They came on Lamborghini Diablo's, Murcialago's, Gallardo's, Vipers, etc.

I may not have my terminology correct or they are one in the same but the FR500S calipers are a lightweight, aluminum monobloc caliper. I guess the easiest way is to show you with pictures. If you look you can see the GT500 calipers have a lot fatter profile while the FR500S have a lot slimmer, longer profile. The rotors also have very different offsets.

No problem! To add about the profile of both calipers, the GT500's stick out a bit more, IE closer to the rim then the FR500's do. The FR500's tuck in a little more which why you have a little bit better selection with wheels choices. A good example is my factory Fanblade rims fit on my car with the FR500 calipers but they do not fit with GT500 calipers.

I stand corrected. I knew about the FR500s brembos, but never have seen then on a street car. Just figured that those were 07-12 GT500 brembos
