what would cause the Throttle body butterfly's to flap open and close for 2 second when key is on

Mine has always done that when I turn the key on. Never timed it being 2 seconds but I hear it click open and then shut at key on.

t/b electronics are going bad, thats what mine did then caused more issues.

When i took the butterflies out of my tb to have in powdercoated, then reassembled, i had them installed a little off. This caused them to not be able to close all the way and make the computer flutter them trying to find the fully closed position voltage.

its not a normal sound ive had the car since 2O06 and never had this before. also ive tried 2 throttlebodys, with different motors and tps.

its to check for binding in the throttle body mechanical setup. if the car senses any binding situation it will set the car into limp mode. it is normal.

That the other think the car wont start and has a PO321 code. AT this point the cars at the shop and they can trouble shoot it
