Tick identification please

So I have been chasing this tick for awhile now. I have changed all the top end stuff with ford performance rockers, lash adjusters, and did all ford performance timing kit. Still has this tick. It drives fine but cannot figure it out. It sounds like a noisy injector. I have the gt500 shorty injectors. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Here is a link to the video

Sounds like normal injector + VCT noise to me.

Same thoughts as above answers and also check you haven't a loose plug.

Doesn't really sound bad at all. If you don't hear it inside the car while driving I wouldn't worry about it.

Would have been good to get a recording of both driver and passenger's sides, but doesn't sound abnorbale to me... I suggest you get a stereoscope and listen to each injector and then around each exhaust tube...

Looks like someone polished the valve covers. Cool. I've been thinking of doing that. And that sounds normal.
