I bought my 2nd mustang and this one has a ticking in the engine. Me and my dad thought it would have been the lifters or a timing chain and it appears that it isn't. Heres a small clip of the tick when i turn it over. https://streamable.com/xk2l3 Tick is at around 34 seconds
Any help would be great.

Playback isn't working for me.
That said, if the ticking is coming from the front of the engine, the most likely cause is a faulty cam phaser.

Your 4.0 doesn't have cam phasers but that loud click could be from a broken timing chain guide. The only way to find out is to remove the front cover.

Take the accessory belt off and turn it over by hand a few times and see if it still does it. Could be an accessory?

If is still does it, I would agree with Dino, you need to pull the front cover.
