I have a 2010 4.6 3V the following was replaced with OEM parts
1. Chains
2. Adjusters
3. Guides
4. Phasers
All was installed properly and tripled checked.
I keep having passanger side chain with slack when completing crank revolution. It will tighten again midway thru cycle. Driver side keeps tension the entire time, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This is normal and the number 2 reason I don’t like the plastic tensioners. The plunger depresses when there is no oil pressure and it slacks that chain.

This is why I like the iron tensioners with the ratchet mechanism that prevents that.
