I have done some searching with minimal luck...

I will be running M&H 275/45/18's on a stock 2013 GT

I found one post saying 18psi is what they run, and I would just like to know any other suggestions or what psi you run/ran with them.

M&H suggests 19 psi from my discussion with John there.

However I recently read a post where the user said he found 13-14 worked best for him.

I would love to hear other experiences, just to get a relative idea for different people, as I know that each person will have a different preference.

M&H suggests 19 psi from my discussion with John there.

However I recently read a post where the user said he found 13-14 worked best for him.

Thanks! I am suprised that someone went that low with success, I wasn't expecting lower than 16psi.

I am told for drag radials you match the tire diameter size with the air pressure. In other words a 17" tire gets 17 lbs. of air. I borrowed some M/T drag raidials a few weeks ago at Budd's Creek, MD and they were set at 17 lbs.. After doing a proper burn out heating them up I was able to launch at 4,000 rpm's lifting the left front wheel off the ground in 1st and 2nd gear. My e.t. was 11.98 @ 117.52 mph. It was my first time in the 11's and I was very pleased. It made a believer out of me.

I don't think that rule necessarily applies to street tires. American Muscle said they ran 22-24 lbs. on their 18" Sumitomo tires on their V-6 project car.

Good luck!
