track time and tire size

Im thinking about going with a 28x11.5-15 MT 3057 with my setup. Just wondering if I could get away with something smaller. What times are you guys running and what size tire? I dont want to hurt my times with a tire too big. I dont like math so Im not going to attempt to try and figure this tire equation out.

I will have 700rwhp and 800tq for the track. Peak torque is when I hit the pedal so its a lot like a TS. 3.55 gears and Im putting a TR6060 in. Should be pulling 10's.

Also going to be leaving with 8-10lbs of boost. It would be quite nice to get away with a 15x8 rim and see how big of a tire I can go on that. Dont know if its possible though.

FWIW, I go thru the traps at 6500 RPM top of 4th w/ 28" tires and 4.56's...

3.55's w/ 28" tall tires... top of 3rd?

Dex, that is the same tire I am running, except I have them on 15x9.75 Bogarts. Personally, I wouldn't run them on a 15x8.

Yea, Roush overstock is selling the 15x10 bogarts for about $375 shipped each right now. I just spent 2k+ on my 6060 swap so I may have to hold off on the wheels for a month or two
