Edit:
Actually 3

Will my old xcal 2 work on the new 2011 or do i need to get an xcal3?

I looked on the inderside of my car today and noticed the the car has somekind of resonators on it. Is it normal that the drivers side one is a little dented or no?

Second question is, everytime im at a stop sign and have the car in 1st i feel a very very light tap in the shifter and clutch, almost unnoticible but i can feel it, just wondering if it normal or should i take it in to the dealership to have them check it out... Thanks

I can answer the second two questions, sort of:

2. The "dent" is there for all of them. Not sure why.
3. I've seen in other 5.0 forums where folks complained about a "knocking" on the 5.0s that can be felt through the shifter. Apparently, the jury is still out with Ford on whether it's an issue. If it is an issue, they haven't figured out how to fix it yet. If you can replicate it easy enough, I recommend getting it documented by the dealer in anticipation of a later TSB.

1. Yes you need an Xcal 3
2. Both resonators are "dented" for clearance but it looks like the driver side was spun in the wrong spot before it was welded. Mine is the same way.
3. I haven't noticed a knocking but Ill check tomorrow.

+1. When there is a common problem, Ford may send a TSB to the dealers with the description and parts/methods to fix it, as developed by Ford engineers.

We can probably expect a bunch of TSBs from Ford in the first year for the 5.0. My gut tells me, though, problems like what you describe may take some time for the engineers to figure out.

Just out of curiousity, can you hear the "tapping" when standing outside the car, or only feel it through the shifter?

Nice,I actually went over a speed bump heard a scrape and when I installed the exhaust I saw the flat spot and was pissed at myself. Good to know that is a factory deal.

i def have that tapping as well that you can feel through the shifter and only at idle. i can't hear it at any other point. and when i walk around the car i can not hear the engine knocking. I think its just the car saying i hate red lights lets get a move on already.
