Vacuum Leak ...boost loss ?

would a vacuum leak cause boost loss...like 19 to 13 psi...i have a feeling a much more serious issue...whipple 2.3, steeda 10rib, built 5.0 stroker...

any leak causes a loss of air pressure/vacuuum, if you have one seal it up.
