So if I am in any gear I get this vibration around 2500rpms and stays until 3500rpms.
It just started appearing in the last 6 months or 1500 miles.
It feels like a massager or vibrator pulses trough the engine and floorboards. No clunking or out of the ordinary sounds. Just feels like engine vibes through the car and enough the I can hear it rattling things on the dash board.
So I did the following:
all new tires roadforced on a hunter balancer @ less than 10lbs of roadforce.
I unbolted the subframe and supported the engine on a jack stand and moved subframe around to make sure it wasn't binding.
Checked mounts and they are good. I replaced the outer tie rod ball joints. I also installed maximum Motorsport camber/caster plates.
Alignment is spot on. The only thing I can think of is the h pipe hangers and mounts could be binding, or the BMR lca and UCA?
Mods:
New plugs ford racing HT0
New 40,000 bolt coil packs
JBA off road H pipe
JBA Longtube headers
Driveshaft shop aluminum driveshaft
BMR relocation brackets (bolt on)
BMW Lca's with poly bushings
BMR adjustable panhard bar
BMR UCA (old version, non adjustable)
Eibach pro kit
Bilstein HD struts and shocks
I was thinking about going back to stock Lca's and UCA to ensure less tension and for more soft feel, would this help?
I had the Lca's bolted to the top hole on the relocation brackets, I moved it to the center hold and it's a bit smoother but not much.
I might cut the h pipe hangers just don't want it to fall.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Spark plugs gapped at 0.45. Supercharged with 3.4 pulley.
