Bittersweet day today....the track rental got off to a very rocky start and we did not start making passes until 11:30....52 degrees, clear and a 20 mph head wind.

I made threes passes and broke, intake coupler popped off the TB causing the pipe to crash into the fan shroud, pushing the shroud into the radiator and causing numerous holes. I have aftermarket fans/shroud. I also kept blowing the OTA pipe off the LT's so all my runs have me dragging pipes down the track!

But....my third and final run I went 10.996 at 127.20 with a 1.83 60 ft....so..achieved the goal of 10's but did not run as well as I would have liked.

I am sure everyone else will chime in with their times.

Thanks! That 20 mph head wind was no joke!!!! Hopefully better times to come in the spring after some repairs.

So much for me getting in the way right, maybe you should let me wrench on your car and shit wouldn't be falling off. Congrats Greg, but you should have come the MIR day and really done something. Perfect track that day.

When I first installed the blower I went to the 1/8 mile and the coupler blew off and it was using a worm gear clamp so I bought and installed the T bolt clamp and have had zero issues with it until today....the coupler looks stretched out so I need to get a new one.

I agree that day at MIR was perfect and instead of the 20 MPH head wind we had you guys had the 10-15 MPH tail wind...oh well.

Yes it was a little screwed up at the start today. Hey Greg remember the fast SN95 that broke this morning. I went over and looked at it after you guys left. It snapped an axle abut 3 inches from the splines, too much HP with cold parts. Both of those fast Crapmeros were running Magnuson blowers.

Started the search for a radiator, OTA pipes and a coupler...what size did we say? 4.5 to 3.0?
