Ok, so I've just about got everything I need for my car and am getting ready to get my kit installed and dyno tuned next Friday. Here's a run down of my mods.
Gt500 tb/spacer
Frpp intake
60lb injectors
Hooker LT's
O/r x-pipe
Cx racing v3 intercooler kit
Single 400 lph fp
3.90 gears
Diablo handheld and mafia
And some suspension.
I'm curious as to what others are seeing hp wise with similar setups as well as what psi you guys are seeing. The blower kit came with a 3.8, 3.6, and a 3.3 pulley. The issue I'm having is figuring out what I'll be at since the crank pulley I have is 6.8" instead of the 6.55" of a stocker. Will a 3.3" be too much with the 6.8" crank pulley? I'd like to see 485-500whp if possible with the pulleys I have. Lmk what you guys have/are putting down.

I did a lot of research on this kit over a few day period, it's a pretty good kit. I ended up getting an M90 though for a great deal (it's about to be shipped this week). Enjoy the charger, sure it will be fun. I'm dying inside while waiting on getting mine =P

3.6 pulley on a Paxton novi 1200 with a diy intercooler set up as a blow through. Stock cats, stock intake and tb.

3.8 pulley with the same setup as a draw through.

Blow through with 3.33 pulley and E85.

That's some good info Bruce. What size is your intercooler and is that on a stock long block (I noticed you already said stock intake/tb)?

It had forged rods/pistons, stock crank with 11:1 compression. The intercooler was 3"x24" iirc. It came with the cx racing diy intercooler kit.

It was a bargain blower that worked fairly well. I converted to blow through because the maf signal was too unstable for my taste during normal driving with the stock draw through maf setup.

It's about perfect for someone who wants stock driveability with power that comes on in the higher rpms and who wants mid range horsepower. I thought it produced a lot of power for what it was and the low psi.

Yeah you certainly were! I'm hoping 12 psi won't be pushing my luck.

Was that on a stock motor? That's some damn good numbers.

Shit, my bad. I have both 3.33 and 3.25. Currently the 3.25 is on the car and that is what made those numbers.

Other mods are ARH long tubes, DR s/c cams, cmdp, FRPP tb, and some others.

I've got the same blower (Novi 1200 = V3) and have been very happy with it. Stock bottom end, heads, and valve train. Besides the intercooled supercharger I have CMDPs and shorty headers on the engine. With a 3.33 pulley the car gets into boost pretty quick and is a blast to drive.

What kind of numbers are you seeing hp and psi wise? It sounds like I'm gonna like this setup. :)

I've never had it dyno'd (I tune it on the street and at the track), but I'd guess it'd putting down 480-500 RWHP and 390-400 RWTQ based on the 1/4 mile and 1/8 mile trap speeds, it's weight, and what others have reported.

I can't imagine anyone not liking this setup - it's a lot of fun.

What track times are you getting out of it? My best on spray before was [email protected]. I'm really hoping to do the same or better with this setup.

It went 11.2 last fall, but I can't find the slips - best slip I have is 11.4:

If I can actually manage a clean pass at some point I expect bottom 11s again. Last time at the track I developed a massive exhaust leak at the header to midpipe and my AFR was jacked up - still managed 11.7 even running poorly.

To give you a complete picture: My full setup is the Novi 1200 kit with 3.33 pulley, CX Racing front mount intercooler, cheap Cooling Mist meth injection kit, BAP, Steeda 1-piece driveshaft, TCI built 5R55S with PI 3200 RPM stall converter, Paceshitter shorty headers, off-road H-pipe, and MBRP straight through mufflers. I'm on Racestars with skinnies up front and 275/50/15 ET Street radials out back. Believe it or not I'm still on the stock 3.31 gears, too (most people refuse to believe this). Suspension wise it has BMR lower control arms out back and Steeda 'leveling' springs in the back. I tuned it myself with SCT ProRacer.

I've been very happy with the setup. If I can get a clean pass in at the track in good conditions I'll be even happier.
